Please Note! These sliders will
NOT
work on a
jacket
. They are designed for
continuous
coil zipper.
Use on Boat tops, Jeep windows, Luggage, Backpacks, Duffel bags.
These are not the cheap "plastic" sliders you see advertised in other auction. Plastic sliders will not function long before failing due to the wear of the inside against the chain.
Please note if you plan to replace only the sliders, it is important to know the brand of the zipper. You can find "YKK" somewhere on the slider if it is made by "YKK". If it does not have "YKK" it is another brand and my sliders may not work.

YKK zipper
is far superior to other zipper brands and will outlast non name brand zippers 10 to 1. Our YKK coil zipper is made of a continuous piece of extruded nylon thread that has been formed into chain making it stronger and more flexible for going around corners than a zipper with teeth.
Buying zipper by the yard is the economical, easy way to buy and you always have the right size of zipper for your project.
Zipper chain is easy to use. It can be cut with regular scissors and the sliders can be easily attached by feeding the chain one side at a time, into the front of the zipper at a 45
°
angle lining up the ends.
We have a wider tape on our zippers (1 ½”). It is wider than you will usually find. This allows you to use a ½” seam instead of a 3/8” seam which adds to the durability of your project.

:
This is a medium weight zipper that can be used in
seat cushions, backpacks etc. anywhere a strong
durable zipper is needed.

:
This is a heavy weight zipper which can be used in
all the same applications however the “Slider” is
larger than the # 5.

# 10
:
This is a “HUGE” zipper. This zipper is used when
you want to make a STRONG statement about your
project or you are looking for a zipper that will work
almost
forever……This zipper will by far outlast any material
you sew it to.
