  • Condition: These are very old skates in good condition for their age. The coated canvas straps are intact. The plating is absent in some areas and there is a bit of rust bloom that is not major or deep. I have tried to clearly show this in the pictures. Please ask if you need any additional information. There is no key.

    These are a pair of great looking old ice skates made in Germany.  They are marked Pollux, D.S.S., 28 (size), gerharteter stahllauf.  The straps are a coated canvas in good condition.  The buckles are intact.  They are made of metal with either a chrome or more probably nickel plating some of which is worn off.  Please refer to condition description above.
