Thruster Control Unit: Replaces Volvo Penta Part #41100658 and #21313484

Description

The TCM-122 Thruster Control Module is an aftermarket control module configured specifically for use with Volvo Penta QL BP-series bow thrusters and SP-series stern thrusters.  This product is designed and manufactured by doppelBox, Inc.  doppelBox, Inc. is not affiliated with Volvo Penta.  The TCM-122 is a functional replacement for P/N 41100658 and 21313484.  Compatible bow and stern thrusters include:
BP300, BP450, BP600, BP800, BP900, BP1200, BP1300
SP600, SP900, SP1300
IMPORTANT NOTES:
(1.)  TCM-122 Thruster Control Unit is a compatible replacement for Volvo Penta part #41100658 in all applications.
(2.)  When replacing Volvo Penta part #21313484, joystick/rocker switch control will function normally in all applications.  If your vessel is also equipped with wireless remote control, the remote control feature may not be functional depending on system configuration.  If you have questions regarding compatibility, please contact seller.

LED Indicators
The TCM-122 is equipped with ten LEDs to aid in installation and troubleshooting:
Battery:  Illuminated when battery voltage detected (green)
Module On:  Indicates module internal voltage regulation operating properly (green)
Low Voltage:  Battery voltage fallen below safe operating voltage (red)
Over Temp:  Illuminated when thruster motor temperature is too high (red)
Port Switch Cmd:  Indicates detection of PORT command from control switch (green)
Stbd Switch Cmd:  Indicated detection of STARBOARD command from control switch (green)
Port Lockout:  Thruster temporarily inoperable in PORT direction (yellow)
Stbd Lockout:  Thruster temporarily inoperable in STARBOARD direction (yellow)
Port Out:  Module outputting PORT signal to thruster (green)
Stbd Out:  Module outputting STARBOARD signal to thruster (green)
Connections
TCM-122 features a 10-position removable screw terminal header.  Pin numbers are laser etched on the removable screw terminal header.  It can be removed from the module for easier installation, removal, and servicing.  The wiring color codes shown below are for Volvo Penta QL BP-series bow thrusters and SP-series stern thrusters:
