The Reef Pink Pearl Opalescent Pearlescent Tiki Mug Eekum Bookum Palm Springs 22

Up for sale is the extremely rare Pink Pearlescent/Opalescent Pearl Tiki mug produced by John Mulder a.k.a. Eekum-Bookum. The mug is a companion piece to the Black Pearl mug (also produced by Eekum Bookum), which was originally released in 2017 to promote the opening of The Reef, a popular Tiki bar and restaurant located inside the historic Caliente Tropics in Palm Springs, CA.
The mug design is a pearl resting on a clam half-she'll that is studded with barnacles. Written on the pearl is "The Reef, Palm Springs" and then "Eekum Bookum" is written underneath the mug. The true color of the mug depends on the lighting: sometimes the mug appears white, sometimes it appears pink.
This mug was only available to patrons who dined at The Reef on Valentine's Day 2018, and the mugs were limited to two per dinner reservation. The mug measures roughly 5" x 6.75" (approx 12.75cm x 17cm) and holds approximately 16 fluid ounces. The mug is not individually numbered produced in a very low edition of 22 copies only.
PLEASE NOTE:
I purchased this mug brand new from a private seller the day after its original release, but it arrived damaged. The mug has never been used or washed, but the half-shell is damaged. I was able to rescue the two major pieces that chipped off the base, but there were a few small shards that could not be recovered. The two broken pieces could possibly be glued back to the base, but it will very likely not be a perfect fix. You may have to fill in the gaps with a secondary material. Otherwise, the mug has no other imperfections or issues whatsoever.
