This unit will only fit 1995 and newer 7.3 engines. We have a different heater listed for the 1995 and earlier 6.9 and 7.3 IDI engines.
Safe for use in all 95+ 7.3 Powerstroke engines, heats engine to a warmer final  temperature than the smaller heaters. Warmer starts = better cold starting and less engine wear!
This big powerhouse heater is a hard to find part, and worth every penny in an extremely cold climate.
