The only other numbers I could find casted or stamped was M-4
This is actually a pretty rare block. The "M" code, in place of the date code, describes an experimental block that GM engineering successfully cast. There is a long story on this in the NCRS files, and a tech article by a NCRS member. Your "M4" code would make it the 2nd batch of GM engineering changes for 3932386.
The way it worked is if the blocks were approved by GME, the 1st 2 blocks were given a M number (M1&2, M3&4,etc) and all the other blocks in that run(total run usually 50-100) were given a standard date code. If GME did NOT approve the run, all were scrapped.
The fact you have a "M" means your block was successfully cast. The fact you have a "M4" means your block came from the 2nd experimental batch.
