    RARE Dresden PINK *LID ONLY* (for Snake Handle & Paw Footed Pot de Creme Cup)
    Amazing that THIS
    delicate and RARE
    piece has withstood the test of time!  A
    hard-to-find Dresden *LID ONLY*
    with
    alternating Watteau style romantic couples and floral cartouches
    on
    pink
    and white.

    The covered pot de creme cup and saucer set which the lid fits, is shown in the inset, and is not included in this listing).
    The
    registered Dresden mark
    R. Grossbaum & Söhne
    (as shown in our previous listings for the full cup/saucer/lid set)
    , was used between 1892-1914
    . The cup that the lid fits has a 2-5/8" rim.
    The lid itself has an inner 2.5" lip and measures 2-5/8" diameter by approximately 2" high.
