    Description

    Complete Remanufactured original power steering pump, high pressure hose seals, and pulley installation kit for Volvo Penta, MerCruiser, and OMC.  Remanufactured with high temperature Viton seals.  Includes reservoir shown. Plastic plugs are removed and replaced with the original hardware found on your original pump.
    This is an OEM pump that has been remanufactured - it is not an offshore knockoff or redesign.  Each pump is 100% tested after re-manufacturing with new soft parts as well as replacement of any hard parts necessary to ensure 100% original performance.  Pressure on relief valve is set and leaks are tested for - your pump will be ready to install.
    Every unit undergoes a hydraulic efficiency test to ensure reliable, long-lasting performance.
    All critical components (campacs, spool valves, etc.) are triple-tested during remanufacture
    Each pump is built with 100% new O-rings and premium-grade Viton seals to prevent leaks

    This pump will fit all MerCruiser, OMC, and Volvo Penta 4cyl engines, 4.3L V6, 5.0L V8, and 5.7L V8 engines.  It will also fit some 7.4L models - please compare return line location.  This will fit models with an o-ring on the steering hose (majority).  To determine simply pull your high pressure line and look to see if there is an o-ring at the end of it.  A replacement for this o-ring is also included.  What you see is what will ship - you must reuse your dipstick.
