The vise is excellent
As im sure you've seen before the wood boxes that the manufacturer makes for their tooling are cheap. This box is no exception and is not in good shape. Its all there but is coming apart. I will include it of course and you can either fix it or discard it and make your own case for the vise.

These vises are built for ultra precision grinding and inspection applications. Solid one piece body, precision ground and heat treated to 55 HRC the tempered to ensure stability and durability.
