OOAK 1985 Unmarked 12"  Full Bodied Porcelain Ballerina Angel Doll in Pink Tutu
This was part of a one of a kind collection of dolls Most were but a few were not I do not see any markings on her other than a date. She may not be a one of a kind so I will leave that up to you to decide.
She has a gorgeous face and is dressed as a ballerina with what appears to be wings on her back in the shape of a heart.
