OOAK Assemblage ART DOLL Antique Vintage Mix Media Steampunk Sculpture- Frenchie

Description

Wonderfully unique and whimsical Assemblage Art DOLL - crafted from repurposed Antique and Vintage findings ‘Frenchie’ measures 11-1/2 inches tall. A one of a kind artist doll crafted from an antique China doll head, antique German bisque doll arms and legs, an old celluloid button for a hat, Bakelite poker chips, an old tin mold and vintage wooden spools.

Please note:
I do not take apart intact collectible antique dolls.
I only use damaged, broken or discarded doll parts that cannot be restored. Many of the old pieces I use have been dug out from German dump sites or reclaimed from garbage bins.
I consider myself an recycle-artist as I am reviving or ‘up-cycling’ old forgotten pieces, creating art from components that would otherwise very likely end up in the many already over loaded garbage dump sites around the world.
