Metal with shiny finish (chrome like — not sure if it is actually chrome finish). The majority of the surfaces are shiny with the exception of the bottom of the center slot.  Still a decent finish, just not as shiny.
Condition
is “Used”.  Finish has some minor scuffs, scrapes and/or scratches from use. Also see above for additional notes regarding the finish.
