A fine and large Dresden porcelain tray or platter by Richard Klemm.
With a ribbed, scalloped border and deep central well.
Richly decorated with hand painted 'Deutsche Blumen' style flowers.
Simply a wonderful piece of porcelain!

There is a chip or factory flaw to the foot rim, some high point rubbing to the gold, some very fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.
