Most items will have a shipping fee listed please keep in mind that those fees are not covering the entire cost of the shipping but they help keep our product costs lower for our customers. The cost of shipping is steadily increasing and we do our best to keep those costs to a minimum for your convenience. We want to keep our customers happy and our prices realistic.
All items listed are described as accurately
as possible. We have a large inventory and try to take pictures of each product however, may rely on stock photos from time to time. Please note that we do list descriptions
of each item so if there are any issues or a product is being sold as other than new the description will notify you of that. If you have any questions please ask before purchase and we will gladly assist you in anyway possible.
We offer a 30 day return on unused, unopened, and factory sealed products. We can not return any opened DVD's, or other products. Buyer pays for return shipping/no refund will be processed until the item has been received and looked over.
We can not return gowns sold so please make sure to check the sizes and ask for any information before purchase. We do take videos of the condition and packaging process before mailing out the dresses and those require an adult signature at time of delivery.
We can't return ANY beauty products for hygiene reasons regardless of whether it is used or not.
