lower 48 states ONLY
. If item lists Canada/International shipping, it does not include customs. ***Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Same day Shipping: If item states SAME DAY SHIPPING, it will ship if payment is made
and processed by 12 NOON EST 99.9% of the time Monday-Friday, no Saturdays/Sundays or holidays. We do however check our completed auctions all day and ship items as fast as possible. If you want faster shipping, call us,  UPS picks up daily and we do offer next day air, 2 day and 3 day select.
Shipping Damages: We cannot control UPS damage. We handle claims immediately but cannot replace the unit until the damaged unit is returned with ALL the parts in the original condition.  Please don't rob parts. If you want a replacement unit shipped immediately, we ask that you call with your credit card information and once the damaged unit is returned, we will credit your card.
