We ship by 1st class mail and priority mail from USPS based on total package weight.
We automatically combine orders going to the same address.
We occasionally use Fed Ex or UPS for very large or heavy packages.
We ship all orders daily on Monday through Friday except US postal holidays.
We have no control over the delivery process after we drop it off at the post office.

RETURN POLICY:
The seller has the final say in what returns are acceptable. If the buyer purchases a new part, and installs that part, it's no longer a new part, therefore, non-refundable. Buyer must verify the part is correct before placing the order. All of our listings are specific by part number. The customer must know their part number and purchase accordingly. No returns will be accepted on computer software, written/published material or electrical components.
we do charge a 20% restocking fee on all accepted returns.  Since we offer free shipping on the majority of our items, this fee is to help us recoup some of that original shipping cost
