In order to receive a full refund, the item must be returned within the allotted 30-day time frame in the same condition that it was received in including all parts, accessories, manuals, etc. in original packaging. Any items returned after the 30-day period will be subject to a 5% fee.
Partial refunds will be given for any used merchandise or merchandise returned missing parts or manuals.
Do not place shipping labels directly on manufacturer packaging unless that is the manner in which it was received in.
Refunds will be issued within 24 hours of receipt.
All return requests must be made through eBay. You will receive a return shipping label complete with our physical return address. Do not mail returns to our PO Box. Please do not request signature on delivery of returned items.

We offer same/next day pick up in our Ft Lauderdale and Miami warehouse locations for most items. Please message us before purchasing for availability if you wish to pick the item up. Requests for same day pick up must be made before 3pm.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm shipping address before purchase. Addresses are not allowed to be changed and/or edited after payment has been received. Buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges of returned items due to insufficient address.

We offer free standard domestic shipping on all items. All items are shipped using either USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground depending on item and location. Most items specify the postal carrier used however that can change without notice. All orders to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via USPS and have a surcharge that is stated in the item listing. Orders placed before 7am Est on Mon- Fri will be shipped the same/next business day, orders placed after 7am on Mon – Fri will be shipped the next business day. We only ship Mon-Fri (excluding Holidays).
Tracking numbers are uploaded after shipment for your tracking convenience.
