Fabulous Artist Made OOAK Orange Tabby Cat Doll, Figurine In Victorian Clothing

This lifelike tabby cat doll belonged to an acquaintance of mine. She could not recall the name of the woman who made it but it was styled after her favorite pet cat. It is made of some kind of composition plaster type material and is carved and painted to resemble fur. I love the big glass eyes, like giant marbles!
The clothing is handmade, a tapestry vest that covers front and back, velvet pants and a brocade jacket with exquisite pleating and ruffles at the collar. The arms will raise in unison which is kind of cute if you are picking him up.
It would make a fantastic gift for the cat lover,  especially if they own an orange tabby. She thought it is about 20 years old and she remembers paying 0 for it at the time.
The last photo shows the minor flaws I noticed.  The coat has snag and the ear tip and rim of the right eye are scuffed (I  think it could be touched up with paint.
