The certificate was issued on March 04, 2021.
The packaging box was damaged - it has a slight dent and a dry trace of moisture (the condition of the box is shown in the photo)
. As Geri Uribe told me, the empty box was damaged during storage in the warehouse. The doll is absolutely new, it was not taken out of the box.
