Dynasty Geisha Tiki Mug- Benihana Restaurant DW 121

Description

Up for auction a white Geisha tiki cup, from what I understand is one of Benihana's generic cups.  Shaped like the bust of a geisha holding a fan, with a straw hole in her left hand, clutched at her chest just under her chin at the front, and a large opening for loading the drink at the back.  Dynasty Wholesale (started in 1988) acquired many molds from Orchids of Hawaii after they ceased operation. The Dynasty mugs are manufactured in China; their operations are based out of Woodside, New York.
The cup measures 6" high, 4 3/8" across from side to side, 3 1/2" from front to back and weighs 15.7 ounces prior to packing for shipping.  Will ship in a 7x7x7 box.
This piece is in very good used condition without cracks, chips, flakes or repairs.  The foot has some mold flaws and slight discoloration.  On the back, under the obi, there is a glaze pop and a glaze bubble.  There is also a small bump in the ceramic, under her right elbow, at the bottom edge.
