    Dresden Richard Klemm Hand Painted Watteau Scene Yellow & Gold Shoe / Slipper
    Nice porcelain shoe / slipper. Decorated with a hand painted courting couple framed in gold gilt floral scrollwork on the front. Has a bright yellow background with gold gilt floral and scrollwork overlay. Marked RK Dresden Germany. This is an overglaze decorating mark used by Richard Klemm in Dresden Germany between 1891 to 1914.
    Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks.
    Measures approximately 6 1/4 inches long x 2 3/8 inches wide x 2 1/4 inches tall.
    This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
