    Description

    Dresden Raised Beaded Gold Medallion Cobalt Porcelain & Gilt Ormolu Trinket Box
    Nice porcelain trinket box / powder jar. Decorated in cobalt blue with gold gilt lattice and partially raised gold floral scrollwork designs. Has a cobalt band with small gold beads above the cobalt on the lid. The center of the lid is white with a partially raised gold gilt and beaded floral medallion. Has gilt ormolu mounts. Marked on the bottom in gold Dresden handgewalt.
    Has some wear to the gilding and a spider hairline on the bottom of the lid which is not visible on the outside of the box. Otherwise good condition.
    Measures approximately 3 5/8 inches wide x 2 3/4 inches tall.
