This listing is for a lovely vintage Dresden Germany porcelain figural group of a young boy and girl in a garden scene with flowers and a bird sitting on a birdcage.
This adorable figurine has beautiful coloration and fine details depicting a young girl seated and holding a garland of flowers with a basket of flowers at her feet. An attentive young man is standing at her side behind a bird sitting on its cage placed on a stump. Both are wearing colorful period clothing. Marked on the base with a 20th Century Dresden trademark stamp.
Measures 4 3/4" high with the base measuring 4" long and 3 1/4" wide. Weighs 9.6 ounces.
This nice figurine is in excellent Estate condition with no noted flaws. There may be a tiny nick in the flower around the young girl that we may have missed but we found nothing wrong with this figurine.
