    Description

    I have only 10 of these remaining , blocks are approximately 9 " from top to bottom, dimensions of the transition piece (top) are surface height of 4 1/2", it’s surface depth is 3 1/4". purchase price is for 1 BLOCK. These have fabricated to use with crown moulding up to 5 1/4” , THESE HAVE BEEN FABRICATED WITH PINE IN THE TEAR DROP AND PINE ABOVE THE TEAR DROP TO KEEP THE PRICE LOW.  These are one on a kind VERY DETAILED BLOCK as seen in listing photo and would accent any 5 1/4” crown renovation perfectly! these are a steal for the price! These have also been primed with Zinsser 123 stain blocker and painted two coats with Benjamin Moore super white semi-gloss paint! I only have 10 of these remaining!
