    Carl Thieme Dresden Hand Painted Floral Encrusted Reticulated Trinket Box C. 1901
    Very pretty reticulated and hand painted porcelain trinket box with small blue encrusted forget me not flowers and larger encrusted flowers in pink, purple, yellow, and orange. With gold gilt highlights along the reticulation. Has a blue mark on the bottom used by Carl Thieme in Dresden Germany starting in 1901.
    Has some wear to the gilding and numerous chips to the floral encrustation, which is typical of this type of porcelain, but no large chips or cracks to the porcelain body.
    Measures approximately 5 1/8 inches wide including the handle x 4 1/4 inches tall.
    This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
