    Carl Thieme Dresden Hand Painted Floral Cobalt & Raised Gold Ginger Jar B C 1913
    Beautiful porcelain ginger jar. Decorated with hand painted pink, purple, red, yellow, and white flowers. With scalloped cobalt blue bands above and below framed in raised gold gilt leaves, and another scalloped band above and below these with gold gilt dots and blue dots in a circle. With flowers on the top of the lid. Marked on the bottom with a blue crown over CT inside a blue pseudo Sevres mark. This mark was used by Carl Thieme in Dresden Germany around 1913.
    Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks.
    Measures approximately 3 5/8 inches wide x 5 1/4 inches tall including the lid.
