This Thermalloy® fry pan has the Eclipse® non&dashstick coating. It's a great tool for busy kitchen. The non&dashstick surface ensures clean&dashup is easy. The durable aluminum construction resists warping even with heavy use in busy restaurants. The Eclipse® is a 3&dashlayer internally&dashreinforced non&dashstick system. The top layer provides the non&dashstick function and the midcoat bonds the top layer to the bottom layer to provide superior food release characteristics as well as high durability. Cleaning Instructions: Wash with soap and hot water, once cooled down and dry immediately. To preserve coating, place soft liner between stacked pans.
