This NeoDen4 production line is capable to meet the demand of mass production and long LED board with placement rate 10,000CPH.
With placement rates of 10,000 cph, four heads, up to 48 feeder slots, vision system, auto rails and smart feeders, users can move from prototype into production on the same machine, saving programming and job setup time.

The main differences between with rails and without rails are,
1. The with rails version could advance boards automatically, and could handle long board, such as 1.2m or 1.5m.
It can also connect PnP with conveyor or reflow oven to work as a continuous SMT line.
2. The without rails version uses magnetic pins and bars to fix boards manually, which is also quite flexible and convenient.
