    Description

    Set of 14 Antique Dresden porcelain place/name cards with Rosenthal mark.
    Hand painted with lovely flowers and gold edging.
    They are in a Addis Co. box as found. (picture #4).
    Each measure approximately  2" long X 1" wide.
    Each has an early
    Rosenthal Mark
    and another mark of a "W" in a shield which I have not been able to identify. Also marked Dresden and Bavaria.  These marks are hand done.
    The Rosenthal company began as a decorator for other companies in 1879 in Seib, Bavaria.
    Truly a special set

    is antique, used.  Excellent.  No chips or cracks.  Gold has some rubs. Box has rips, stains and tape.
