    Description

    This is a magnificent antique/vintage LARGE Dresden vegetable/serving dish. Marks on back include the painted mark and indented in the porcelain look like Roman numerals: "I, II, V"  and intriguingly, noticed what looks like Hebrew writing on the back in very tiny writing. and then some lettering like "Ea"  hard to read. 12 inches across from handle to handle, 9.5 inches across middle, and approximately 1.5 inches deep. Heavy and beautifully painted with lots and lots of gilding and quite colorful beautiful flowers. A magnificent piece to display or to use for a formal occasion. No chips, do see description above.
