Antique 1930’s - 40’s Vintage Ice Skates/Union Hardware Co./Sz 12/VERY FINE
Great wall hangers for your ski lodge or cabin in the woods. They are stamped on the metal tubes “UNION HARDWARE COMPANY TORRINGTON CONN.  I don’t know if they are standard ice skates or figure skates, the uppers are not built like hockey skates, the strap and buckle will probably identify them for you. These vintage skates are in remarkable condition, and they would easily clean up if you wanted to put some saddle soap or polish to them. They ARE NOT brittle, cracked up, scraped up or nasty. They are “as found” and have not been cleaned up. I don’t think you’ll find a better pair unless they are New Old Stock, in the box. Very fine. SEE PHOTOS.
