Alice Oathout Vintage Felt Jointed Cloth Artist Doll Great Outfit! 20"

Description

Up for auction is a great doll made by doll artist, Alice Oathout. This is a felt doll with painted features and a molded face. Her eyes are blue with long lashes and pink lips. Her hair is black mohair. She is jointed at the shoulders and hips and she can sit.
This doll wears a wonderful costume, starting with a brown tweed hat, a grey thick felt coat with red felt accents. She has a printed, button down blouse with olive green pants, striped socks and black shoes.
She is signed on the back of her torso-Alice Outhout. I haven't been able to find any information about this doll artist, so if you have info I would appreciate it!
Size: 20" including hat.
Condition: Very good vintage condition with some small losses to the red felt accents on her coat. No bad odors.
Stand is not included in this sale.
