Double wall vacuum seal insulation creates a beverage holder that is superior in keeping drinks either hot or cold. Eliminating the air between the two walls greatly diminishes the ability to transfer heat. This also keeps the exterior of the tumbler closer to room temperature so your hand does not get cold or hot. The other fantastic feature about this tumbler is the double silicone gasket in the lid. It seals so well that we recommend slightly wetting it and opening the slide on top before putting it on the cup. The hole in the top of the lid is large enough to accommodate a straw. The lid is also shatterproof and BPA free. The tumbler and lid should never be put in the dishwasher.
