Ahrenfeldt Dresden Style Hand Painted Floral & Gold Chocolate Pot Set C1886-1910
Pretty porcelain chocolate set including chocolate pot, creamer, and sugar. With relief molded scrollwork designs. Decorated with hand painted Dresden style flowers in pink, purple, red, orange, blue, and yellow. With gold gilt diamond and scrollwork design along the rim and gold gilt highlights to the finials and handles. Marked RL Dresden on the bottom in green. This mark was used by Charles Ahrenfeldt's Saxonia factory in Atrohlau, Austria (now Stara Role) between 1886 and 1910.
Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks.
The chocolate pot measures approximately 6 inches wide from spout to handle x 9 1/2 inches tall to the top of the lid finial.
The creamer measures approximately 4 1/8 inches wide from spout to handle x 5 1/8 inches tall.
The sugar measures approximately 4 3/4 inches wide from handle to handle x 4 5/8 inches tall.
These are antiques and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the pieces.
