    Description

    These are unfinished oak. They do require significant skill to install. The floor has to be cut to install the frame and if you aren't a trades person you should not purchase them. They look best if you spray paint the hvac hole black. And or if you use the metal dampers that I also sell. They do have 1" square openings so if you don't take any steps to blacken the background the results wont be as pleasing to the eye. Please take a good look before you purchase. Not recommended for high traffic areas.
