1996-2004 COBRA MUSTANG Teksid block stock bore

Price has gone up 100.00 so i have to pass on the costs by 50.00. Up for sale is one (1) Teksid block removed from a Lincoln Mark VIII in good condition. Above is a stock photo. It look just like they do when it was removed from the car. Being 20 yesrs old sometimes the transmission dowel pins get stuck in the transmission and almost impossible to remove so some of the blocks might be missing one of the bellhousing dowel pins.. I sell about 4 blocks a month and just don't have time to put recent pictures, delete the ones that are sold and put up new ones again. I have never had a block returned because of defects. Check my feedback if you don't believe me. They go quick so if you need one buy it now. Standard bore, you can still see the factory hone marks. You should have your machine shop check this block before you order pistons. It is in good condition, no cracks, no rust or damage of any kind. This block is standard bore, comes with jack screws, side bolts, main caps and rear seal plate. Some of the blocks i sell you can still use the stock bore pistons but it is recommend getting the block checked out by a professional just in case. I do know at least two customers used stock bore pistons. They are considered by most as the strongest blocks you can buy. They will hold up 1000hp with no added modifications. I have one in my car which is about 750 flywheel horsepower i drag race, open track and take it on cruises with no reliability issues. This block is about 70lbs lighter than the cast iron blocks. One of the little known facts is that being aluminum it transfers heat better than cast iron which absorbs heat. The aluminum also cool down faster unlike cast iron which takes hours to cool down. They are all standard bores, the hone marks can still be seen. Comes with the rear seal plate, jack screws, side bolts and the main caps. No one sells more blocks on Ebay than i do. For those un-informed people contacting please do not tell me these are not Teksid blocks. If you don't think they are than don't buy them. I have sold these blocks to shops across the country including Accufab and MMR to name a few. I even have shipped several blocks to other countries. These blocks are out of Lincolns so they do not have the Cobra part number so don't ask if they are the F6LZ blocks.

*PARTS* As you may know some of the parts are getting harder and harder to find. That means the price will be going up because of demand and low supply of used parts. It's not going to hurt to have some extra parts laying around instead of searching for the hard to find part and paying premium price. As you know the the high cost of new replacement parts it just makes sense to buy the parts used if you do the work yourself.
