16 Hawaiian Buttons on a Souvenir Board

Mainly wood & coconut shell
I was told these were sold in gift shops in Hawaii as souvenirs.  They are mounted on a Wooden Oval Board and they all had different buttons on them.
There is a paper taped to the back which reads: Souvenir of Hawaii
They measure small, medium and large
